If you currently have Box Sync installed, uninstall Box Sync before installing Box Drive. Please follow this guide to uninstall Box Sync before installing Box Drive. There are known issues with having both Box Sync and Box Drive installed on your machine. However, if you need to work with files offline you should instead install and use Box Sync. The recommended app to install and use is Box Drive. There are two apps that can help you work with Box files from your desktop.
